Prescription Savings

My husband takes medications for diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Without insurance, it costs us over $500 a month. With the insurance that we had, it was costing us $350 a month. Not much of a savings, huh? My husband recently changed jobs that will have insurance on him, but we still have no idea about the details, etc. Recently, his doctor changed the prescriptions putting him on medications that are on the "$4 lists" or the "$5 lists", depending on where you purchase them. I recently purchased a 90 day supply of all his medications for $85 at K-mart from the $5 list. I think by now, many people know about this program, but just in case you are one that does not, I would like to share this very valuable information with you.

Walmart is committed to lower healthcare costs, and our $4 Prescriptions Program has truly helped our customers save money and live better. In fact, with hundreds of prescription drugs and more than 1,000 over-the-counter medications at only $4 per 30-day supply and their 90 day supply is only $10 and it has already saved them over $1 billion.

You can check what drugs are available here from Walmart.
