Pour 4 cups vinegar into the coffeemaker and turn it on. Let it run until the vinegar starts to come out into the pot, then turn the pot off and leave it off for 15 minutes. Turn it back on and let it run all the way through. You'll then want to run 2 full pots of plain water through the coffeemaker before you make any more coffee because vinegar-flavored coffee would NOT be good!
