A recipe from an old Texas cookbook:

1/2 t. salt
1 1/2 T. flour
1 1/2 T. chili powder
1/2 t. cumin
1/2 t. garlic powder

After browning 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, mix seasoning and sprinkle over meat. Sitr well. Add 1 1/2 cups water. Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring occasionally.

Double or quadruple the recipe and store it in a jar to use as needed. Use 1/4 cup for 1 1/2 lbs of meat or 2 - 3 T. for a pound.

Mix all 6 spices together in the jar as followings:
Shake it up, mix it around and shake it some more.

2 T Chili Powder
1 T + 1 t Paprika
