Try this trick: First, slip a drinking straw in an almost-sealed zip-top plastic bag. Next, blow into the straw to inflate the bag like a balloon. Then remove the straw and seal the bag immediately. The resulting air-filled plastic "bubble" will create a soft barrier for contents in the box, protecting the precious presents from breakage so everything is sure to arrive in one piece.
